A Life-Changing Winter: Kenny’s Story

In the brutal winter of 1982, 12-year-old Kenny and his family experienced a crisis that would shape his entire future. As temperatures plunged, their home’s plumbing froze. Over the course of a few days, they lost both heat and water — and eventually woke to discover more than 20 split pipes had burst, flooding the house.

Kenny watched helplessly as his parents scrambled to contain the damage. His mother, overwhelmed and on the verge of despair, could do little more than wait. But then a plumber arrived.

This man worked methodically — cutting out the broken copper pipes, soldering new ones, restoring flow and calm. As the home came back to life, Kenny saw something even more powerful: the look of relief on his parents’ faces.

Now a seasoned Master Plumber, Kenny has spent over three decades living out that calling — solving problems, restoring peace of mind, and treating every customer like family.
